Those albums were good; I just don't want to listen to them ever again. 'Canary in a Coalmine'? 'Spirits in the Material World'? 'Roxanne'? 'Da [Dog] Do Do Do'? 'Can't Stand Losing You'? 'Every Little Thing...'? 'Driven to Tears'? Most of it's trite and boring... I could go on, and the only place I'd stop is 'Message in a Bottle'. So, no thanks... Maybe on the radio but certainly not to spin, except for nostalgic purposes... On the other hand, I might still play 'Synchonicity'. Go ahead and listen to the others if you like... But like I said before, they may have something to say, I just either don't care what that is or they don't say it very well. 'Synchronicity' was far more evolved in terms of songwriting, I would say...
