Greetings from California
Me and the missus have been here in Napa/Sonoma all week. It's our 4th time out here and it's always a great trip. The wine in fantastic, the food is fresh and delicious, the people very friendly (except when they're behind the wheel.) (8^0 But it is a whole different world than the east coast. For a state that supposed to be so environmentaly concious I've never seen so many HUGE SUV's, pick up's, Hummers or big ass cadillacs and they're all going about 80 MPH. And what's with the trash all over the roads? Are there laws against littering out here? If not, how about loading up a couple of trucks worth of prisoners, give all a bunch of fancy oragne jump suits and a whole bunch of plastic bags. That oughtta help. This is one beautiful state and it looks like there's too many knuckle heads screwing it all up. It's sad. If I see one more dead dog beside the road I'm gonna cry. Oh , PK, if I've miss spelled any words cut me some slack. There is a lot of wine out here and I'm the only one still standing (ok, typing) in our party of four. Bite me.Oh and another thing, I just loved the anti Bush protesters our here in Sonoma Square. Funny. I tooted and waived. They all waived back. Love to all.
