Here is the track that you uploaded - done on another service called drop.io. Here is an example to embedding the upload here on the dbis - just like people do with the youtube stuff. Just another option.

 And it's easy to add files to this 'drop' - just click on the 'add files' button - and viola!  I like how you can add the above bit and make it playable without worrying about having an app to play it.
