Yes, that is a great CD set! I actually pre-ordered that one back in the day, and it's gotten quite a lot of play.

For my money though, two other of the very best "tribute" type things in regards to ELO would be the album "Homemade Spaceship" by Parthenon Huxley, and the album "Alpacas Orgling" by L.E.O.

P-Huxley has toured for years with the group known as ELO Part II, which is basically ELO without Jeff Lynne. (Kaminsky, Groucutt, and of course Bev Bevan were all in, until recently, when Bevan was bought out by Lynne, leaving Kaminsky, Groucutt, and the rest to continue on as "The Orchestra." But I digress.)

Huxley does some really, really nice rearrangements of Lynne's ELO output. Fabulous stuff.

L.E.O. is Bleu with other Power Popsters like Sturmer from Jellyfish, and the Hanson boys, among (many) others. They set out to imitate/pay homage to Lynne's recording techniques, and in doing so, they made a really nice little record!

(Can you tell I'm a complete ELO nerd?) :)
