My thoughts exactly, EEE. I imagine that all presidential candidates are routinely, and rigorously, studying up on the most pressing issues of the day. And they are no doubt being tutored by the best minds in each field. By entering the campaign at the 11th hour, it's hard to imagine Governor Palin having anything other than a superficial understanding of foreign affairs. Peter T.
