To me, when it comes to experience and selection between Obama and Palin, there is one major difference and that is Obama went through an 18 month "vetting" process BY voters and experience. He was on stage for countless debates and asked tons of questions.
True but VP's have several times been unknowns that never could have come through the primaries.

Palin was simply selected and has not went through anything like a primary presidential campaign. But on top of this, I would really like Republicans to ask one sincere question of themselves and give an honest answer to it:

Do you really thing Palin could have withstood a presidential primary race?
The point is moot as I explained above. Geraldine Ferrarro and Dan Quayle or other examples.

If you do, then you simply must be either the biggest liar or completely removed from reality.
