Hi all, I still get by the board from time to time but mostly just to lurk.

I'll probably always be a conservative at heart but my eyes have been opened over the past few years. Many of you saw the dark side of this administration early on and I applaud you for that. I was blind-sided by it. I have many regrets about supporting this bunch of hacks for as long as I did.

My blog details a lot of why I've come to the place I have but it also leaves a lot out for fear of losing my job. Google 'failed faa management' and you'll find my blog is indexed #1. The FAA is a microcosm of how this administration operates and it's disturbing.

Tammy has given me the go-ahead to put out an Obama yard sign.

I understand that Barack doesn't have all the answers but I'm impressed with him enough to believe that he'll surround himself with the help he needs. Having Warren Buffet in his corner is encouraging when it comes to the financial mess our country is going to have to work itself out from under. I hope that Colin Powell will also make himself available to him. I can't imagine another single year of a Republican administration at the helm.

It's my hope that there are many more like me out here. The negative campaign that McCain is running is only reaffirming my decision to distance myself from these guys...not that I needed that.
