I agree. I'd like to bitch slap Ken Lay if I ever met him and I am upset about what looks to be shaping up as a pass for Martha Stewart too. She was wrong (imo) and I don't care how many fans she has, she should pay the price if found guilty. She's acting like she's been unfairly targeted [scapegoated] because of her noteriety.  A billionaire scapegoat no less, with a very suspicous set of circumstances surrounding her case. If proven wrong, I hope she does prison time, because she's currently trying to take advantage of her wealth, noteriety and connections to get off a major league hook, whereas the vast majority of us have none of these advantages. Ken Lay was no different either.
