If I read you correctly, my companies benefits already work this way. The less you make, the less your premiums. The more you make, the less benefit the insurance becomes.The word "Socialism" keeps trying to creep into my head with this system. I know it's not 100% accurate, but paying more for something just because I make more is dead wrong.
