Depends on how one feels about the procedure. Slavery was legal once, too. And no, I'm not personally trying to link those two, but I was looking for the most convenient example from the other side. But I don't think O'Reilly is the villain here; the killer is. It's perfectly legitimate for people to question the medical necessity of partial birth abortions. A good number of doctors did not share Tiller's view, either.
