I for one, as a person that would prefer guns not be in everyone's hands, didn't think that this heinous act occurred because of lax gun control. It just seemed to be the act of a lunatic that would have done this same sort of thing with any weapon, implement, that was around. Lucky for him he had a gun, so it was a lot easier.
