Interesting post there Eugene. I always try to follow the trail of money to the motivation. I cant see the big Drug companies in the US being delighted with this announcement. By the way I just finished the book "The King of Torts" by John Grisham. Pretty good reading about a lawyer representing of all things Drug Companies.

The politicians never seem to put the simple bullet items out on the table for evaluation. Another one might be the time a patent is in effect on a drug before you can get a generic. I know they are trying to make R & D back but they also gig the public for years and years afterward.
