What pull does Copenhagen have anyway? Lets say these other countries all all agree to jump in and then default on their promises. What pull does Copenhagen have to enforce whatever was agreed to? A more interesting question is why these countries won't buy in. Could be that definitive word "buy" because this is all about the money and always has been.
