Ross even if you can measure it which is cool in theory you will never be able to quantify what it's affect is on global warming. It is only 1 factor that can affect it. I know it gives the greenies the warm fuzzies about how they are helping the environment and all but in truth it is a bottomless money pit for a government setting agencies regulating and monitoring C02 emmissions. CapNTrade is a prime example of that. Read some of Michael Crighton's research he did before writing State of Fear. He pretty much lays out how they are pulling this off. Enlightening.
