Well, sure.

1. My point was that right-wing radio was already exploiting the tragedy for their agenda without waiting for the facts.

2. 'Terrorism', as I have posted before seems to be a term that we play fast and loose with: a Caucasian non- Muslim psychiatrist named Timothy A. Smith who shoots and kills 12 of his fellow soldiers will be said to have 'cracked'. A muslim officer (and apparently there are quite a few in the US military) with a 'muslim' name will immediately invoke a charge of terrorism.

2. b) Some people pushed over a couple of radio towers here in the Seattle area with a bulldozer recently to protest the visual blight and possible electro-magnetic radio waves. They were immediately branded as 'terrorists' as well.

Can you terrorize 'things'? A lot of artists would be in Guantanamo....
