And when I read that Republican Senator Darrell Issel (sp) is ready to pounce with a bunch of subpoenas were the Republicans to take back control of Congress, I wonder why the Democrats don't subpoena Rove, Cheney, and Rumsfeld right now for the crimes they committed, including the insults to the Constitution--listening to phone conversations, suspension of Habeas Corpus--but especially torture, which ignored several agreements of proper wartime behavior.
