Just off the top of my head.....and not in any particular order....

-Experiencing the birth of our first born....(not that the other children weren't any less exciting).

-The series The Wire on HBO - it's a treat watching something and immediately knowing it will be one of the best things to come along.

-Watching O'Brother Where Art Thou

-The anticipation of finally seeing Bruce Springsteen perform live.

-Walking out of Finance at Fort Bragg after turning in my military ID and getting that final signature on my clearing forms.

-While unemployed, getting the phone call of a job offer in a position I spent years working toward.

-When my wife said "yes" on Christmas Eve 1989....
