Okay...I bought a well reviewed digital audio player (Fiio X1, 192khz,24 bit) and pair of well reviewed headphones and am having a hard time making heads or tails out of the most efficient way to rip CDs or the best sampling level. Can someone suggest what would be the best sounding type of format that would include what the average human ear can detect, while in the smallest file size?Mainly I use this to listen with through the headphones or decent earbuds, but I do hook it up to a Bose cd player, too. Right now it's ran off of a 64gb internal micro sd card (up to 128gb). Thanks...
