Yeah, I know, Dan, my debt fixation. You might recall that a decade ago I expressed my concerns on the national debt as well as our unfunded liabilities to then candidate Obama. I remember that he offered a lengthy, thoughtful response, but alas, the problem continues to grow. I know, he had a hell of a recession to contend with, and austerity wasn't the action to take, but damn, we're lucky we've been living through a period of very low inflation. And those fiscal conservatives (NOT) the GOP don't seem to mind Trump adding trillions to the heap. The bill will one day come due!

As far as getting my scribblings published, this might be the only forum in which it makes the cut. But at least I got a few things off of my chest.
