I'm telling you all...you need to peer back into what Bannon discovered while advising trump. In his data he found some very, very frightening things about the American public and American minds (and in some ways it is going to get worse)that allowed a Trump to emerge. I think we are at such a very, very crucial time in America (and it has been during the time of this remarkable era of technology growth) and things do not bode well. This might sound like a back and forth weird rant, but bear with me...If you all think of it, we are standing in a light speed growth of technology and for current people, it is hard to see how fast this growth has occurred and how far it will go. It is like we are in the midst of a technological big bang that started in the 1980s and has grown in range and intensity.Think of it this way - right now, today, more information is at the fingertips of people worldwide and instantaneously. However, this ability has both a devil and an angel in its midst. And the frightening thing about it is that instead of it being a wonderful and amazing benefit, it has also become a hugely damaging, infectious virus. And the power in this big bang is in the manipulations of those that control vast information delivery methods (advertising, mass media, news, et cetera). And these manipulators have learned to use these tools very well to the detriment of people. Now, Bannon found something in the people that would support a Trump and I think we are seeing it so clearly, but it is so horrific that many, many people are too afraid to really look at it. Bannon has drilled down deep into the psyche of White America and those of us that see the horror of what has happened are too lodged in reality and logic to fully appreciate the danger of "Trumpism."And think of it....Trump will probably always be able to pull a 40 percent support number no matter what he does or says and while we are standing around thinking, "why the fuck isn't this guy at like 10 percent favorability" we are missing what is going on and what Bannon found out. This is all about "R" and white and it will remain that way because of what they have realized and continue to exploit. And as for Heathcliffe's belief the cops aren't with Trump....well, I can say, the psyche of that group is a key insight into Trumpism and the depth of Republicanism. By this I mean, cops have benefited greatly from unions, but so many dislike unions and WILL vote against their economic interest time and time again. Now, this is not to suggest police would openly revolt against the populace if it went against Trump and resort to violence. That is something different. But a large portion of them support Trump and the "R"....and always will.
