the one aspect of presidential elections are those unseen potholes with water in them that hide how deep they are - no one knows what is going to stick and what is not going to stick, so all kinds of things get thrown out hoping one will stick and become a major spectacle.

But back to my original point - we see certain things done over and over again and it is already known one practice best achieved by Republicans is that of taking a candidate's greatest strength and turning it into a huge weakness.

So Democrats KNOW what is coming but tend to ignore it.  For example, these video feeds of Biden have been terrible.  So bring in a lighting and filming expert from Hollywood and get Biden filmed correctly - for fuck sake, do it in a way to limit the goddamned appearance of his plastic surgeries (on the sly because then the Republicans will go on about the Hollywood values all over again). 

Then, deal with his gaffes.  Push real hard how, yes, he makes them and will continue to do so, but emphasize being the liar in chief is much, much worse than the gaffe in chief.  I think they are already working on the gaffes by continuing to point out Biden's history with stuttering.

Lastly, as others have suggested, I believe Trump is worried about how much Obama is going to be involved.  So they need to get Obama out there and contrast his slow and steady calm leadership for 8 years versus the chaos that has been in the White House for just four years.  Get out there and say the Trump years have been like an out of control grifting house party; that the Obamas were the adults that left for the evening and look what the fuck happened when the adults returned home - total destruction and chaos. 

And they need to "work the ref" big time.  Tell the Chuck Todd's and Andrea Mitchell's if they want future access then they better start playing for it now.  And then go to the big networks and tell them, "Listen you fuckers, you gave Trump so much free time, you better start reciprocating - NOW."

On top of that, they need to get Biden out there in places of calm, reserved interviews to show his mind is not gone (I think this ONE thing is going to be what the Rethugs will be using and the Dems KNOW it is coming and are fucking it up).
