no humour (apart from finding it funny that Germany is now actually the good guy). i have too much affection for all of you my American friends to find what's going on funny. But too many people are putting their faith in personalities rather than human values and therefore tie themselves to the mast of some dubious paradoxical political trend.

For example...take Trump's love in with Netanyahu whilst simultaneously being aligned with neo-nazis with extreme racist beliefs. what do they all talk about together when pleasantries have been exchanged? it certainly wont be a discussion on who actually wrote hellhound train. 

i grew up loving America but these days see myself more sympathetic to ordinary folks in Iran or Palestine or well basically anyone that's refreshingly antagonistic towards Trump and his besties like Boris Johnson or Putin or Netanyahu.

the big conversation over here is that Edward Colston's statue was ripped down the other day and thrown in the harbour at Bristol - about 300 years too late but change is coming though i do worry it's getting more violent over there with you than here.
