And remember, with each passing year, the demographics are changing as the old, white, and angry conservatives depart! Sure, some of their progeny will follow in their parent's odious footprints, but I'm hopeful that most will be more moderate.

As a pretty liberal guy, I must confess that I'm fearful of our uber-woke fellow travelers on our far left. These folks may be relatively small in number, but they are loud, nasty, ideological, and disproportionately influential.  They really are obnoxious and sometimes dangerous, and I fear they could screw things up for us in November. I know that I'd fail their purity tests, having done so a few months back with my longtime friend his wife. It's been two months and not a peep. We really do have to police our own.
