To me, there are two groups of people that deserve recognition and one group that are sickening cowards.
The first of the two groups deserving of praise are the people of color voters who spend hours and hours in lines to vote and excercise their right to vote in America in a country that takes them for granted.
The second group is the sincere Republicans that see Trump for what he is and are willing to actually put country before party and their mouth and pocketbook to the task of ridding this villain from the White House right out in the open.
Now, the group that deserves ridicule for their cowardice are the Republicans that know Trump is a disaster and danger and are behaving in ways that makes it seem like they are being brave patriots. For example, people like Mitt Romney, Sen. Sasse and now former Chief of Staff John Kelly. To do things like "leak" communications of criticism to repair one's "reputation" is bullshit. Kelly is especially baffling - here is supposed truly "tough" marine and evidentally too affraid to stand up to Trump publicly. Of course, it is still good they are doing this behind the scenes, but have the spine to come out and say it publicly where it will do the most good. Kelly needs to come out and endorse Biden.
Frankly, Mitt Romney (I at first had high hopes for his bravery) is a fair weather Trump criticizer. If he had really wanted to be brave he would have declared he would not vote for any Supreme Ct nominee because of the way the Senate behaved during Obama.
