This thing with Carson being fired does sort of signal there will be a change in tone at FOX. The settlement to Dominion is just the first, in what will probably be three, and perhaps more, giant settlements. That means the $4 billion reserve that FOX had for payouts and payoffs will be nearly or completely wiped out.
We should marvel at the size of this entire debacle and what it has meant for our country. It appears Trump has brought down FOX as their participation in his attempt to steal a US election has now cost them billions of dollars.
I gotta hand it to these people, they went all out to destroy democracy, install Trump as a dictator and poured money and lives into their cause. Now it seems to be coming apart in all directions. It's stunning to watch.
