Fog eh? bloody stuff gets everywhere. Especially if you're near water. I must pop over and have a bbq with you and Dan some 4th of July down the road when everyone has relaxed again. I was very impressed by your adventures and all that was missing was the thing you didn't mention. You didn't mention it because you don't even know what it was that was missing and so well neither do I so there is no point in me trying to find out what that was as you won't know either. 

I have been reading in the Guardian that the weather is very hot and there will be thunderstorms and rain and such. People may have their celebrations dampened by this event as you and I both know that water is wet. And as such it leaves traces of moisture that even the French have not found cure for yet.
