You’re way too intelligent for your own good brother…but do we even have time now for a long game with how global climate change is edging us towards famine, drought and mass migration. One of the things that struck me about this conflict was the way that Netanyahu’s government postured and warned about other Arab neighbours piling in. (Thankfully they didn’t especially not Turkey because they can fight brutally).

Netanyahu talked the way Putin did to the USA about joining in with Ukraine in Feb 2022 threatening possible nuclear responses. It kind of worked and it’s different but the rhetoric is the same. I don’t have a side in this other than wanting children on both sides to be kept safe. Unless that happens it’s not even a long game it’s a very very long game (to quote Monty Python). 

but yeah grief hope and yet instead of the long game…love…it can appear in an instant. I truly believe that but I’m starting to sound like Reg.
