Yes, that is true for all officials except the president under this ruling. That's why I thought this would never happen, because I believed the president had the same level of immunity as a governor or mayor or any elected official that makes decisions on behalf of a state, city, or our country. But what the Supreme Court has now said is no, the president is different, the president has immunity beyond that and set the bar to charge a president so high that they can literally do anything, declare it an official act, something they had to do, and there is no way to prosecute them.
So, yeah, I know how insane I sound, but believe me...I wish I was just being hysterical.
