his majority opinion OUT AND OUT says a President has ABSOLUTE immunity if the President says it is an OFFICIAL ACT.
In other words, the President could target whoever the fuck he wants to for anything he wants and tell the Justice Department to charge these target with made up charges claiming this as an official act. THIS WOULD GIVE HIM ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY.
