He's not campaigning, he's using the funds for his own purposes, he thinks his campaign involves Truth Social posts, emails, selling a bunch of weird crap to his followers (bibles, sneakers, two dollar bills with his image on them, virtual trading cards), and the occasional rally, which really is more an ego thing for him because he likes to stand in front of people and have them cheer for him. He talks about himself and his personal grudges at his rallies, not policy or how he will help people, the country, or the world. It's a long whine with weird jokes about sharks and serial killers from movies. 

The people that work for him are expected to ego massage him daily, to tell him how great he is and how great he is doing. If he wants to sit at Mar-a-Lago and do nothing, they are still supposed to tell him how awesome he is. It's a total joke. 

When you run for president, it is a job interview with the American people. We are supposed to look at your qualifications, what your policy proposals are, what you intend to accomplish. This guy is whining about crowd size at his events, talking about getting eaten by a shark or electrocuted, serial killers from movies like they are his pal, and trying to tell another person interviewing for the job what race they are allowed to be. 

It's so dumb there is almost nothing to say. If someone was saying this shit to you in a job interview for an important job, you would throw them out. Thanks for stopping by, see you later.
