The only explanation that makes any logical sense to me is he wants to knock us back on our heels, keep us off balance so we have no chance to mount any defense. I have to think he knows half these people won't get in and it's a feint so he can do underhanded shit behind the scenes while the circus parades down main street.
BTW, I was getting my annual check up today, and my doctor was going over available vaccines. He went down the list to one that "Is for foreign travelers to guard against food-borne illness. Are you planning any overseas travel?" I replied "No, but we'll keep that on the back burner if RFK Jr. gets in HHS." He chuckelsnorted.
