I live just a short distance from Walden Pond and I was hoping ol' Henry David would put in an appearance here. Nice to see that he finally showed up. See, I took a little stroll down to the pond and visited the spot where his house once stood shortly after I recieved "A Fine Mess". On that spot I laid a cassette tape copy of "A Fine Mess". It was strange that day in the woods. The winter light cast strange shadows all around and an odd wind seemed to twist it's way through the trees in random patterns. A voice seemed to whisper from all around and the feeling I was being watched was heavy. Was it the ghost of ol' Henry David visiting me there in the woods that day? When I returned the next day the cassette was gone. Maybe he's groovin' to "Bozo Wierdo Wacko Creep" right now! Or maybe it was just Don Henley and some of his people wandering around out there looking for new song ideas. I hear he's got a new record coming out soon. Oh well...nice to see Henry showing up here on the Baerwald board anyway...Reg
