I think what frustrates me the most about trying to stay informed about the progress (or lack thereof) with this election fiasco is all of the partisan crap one has to endure. I can understand when dems and gops argue over taxes and social security. Those are issues that the two parties have disagreed on for quite some time. But to argue over the validity of counting pieces of paper in a partisan way is just crap. Is it so hard to come out and say that you don't care what it takes to get your man elected. You want me to say hand counting cards meant for a computer to read is accurate - sure...you want me to say a not-too-distant former real estate agent turned bush-foot soldier can make an informed decision on election law - sure I can do that too. What a load of pure shit. Like I said before - we're getting the government we deserve.
