I would seriously think about buying, but not selling. Not to be too holier than thou, but it doesn't seem right for a person to make money off of someone like DB just because a fan happened to have the opportunity to purchase such a gem.
To me it's different than a piece of art; if these people want to do something good for DB they should just copy the set and send the original back to DB and let him sell it on Ebay.
Here's another twist, what would all of you think of DB if he had taken all copies of "A Fine Mess" and only sold them to the highest bidder?
