Well, I really didn't take it as a threat to me but more a threat to anyone that enjoys coming here and participating in the discussions that take place. The whole situation is sort of sad and blown way out of proportion and it's certainly not what we're looking for here. I know I'm a bit disgusted by the fact that it has continued to be such a bitter and personal feud. I think that is really what poisons the board more than anything else.

I hope we don't have to continue down this path because I felt what gave this place it's spirit...sort of wonderful free for all...was the fact that it's all done under your name David.

If you just look at where the discussions go it is an amazing reflection of the sort of records you made. Personal stories, political stories, strange tales, paranoia, fear, loathing, love, hope...we've pretty much got all that going on and it's fun and it's cool and more than anyplace else out there on the web it seems to be civil discourse with an amazing lack of the sort of sheer stupidity that pops up everywhere else.

So, please no more talk of removing your name. That was painful to read although a point well taken.

We should celebrate and enjoy this place. It was well worth the trip getting here and we didn't come just to piss on the rose bush now did we?
