*** ...that at the root of homophobia, is straight men's discomfort with the gay community's flamboyance and strong theatrical nature and of course the very act of anal sex. ***

Who said anything about anal sex?!?! The point I tried to make was if the gay community wants society to accept them as equals (WHICH THEY SHOULD BE), they should not have men such as the one I described setting the standard. I never said they should not be part of the rally. Yes, it did disturb me. Does "Queer Eye...." disturb me? No. Does "Will and Grace" disturb me? No. Do the vast majority of gays disturb me. No. I've also known for quite awhile now that you were gay. Show me a post to you that backs up your accusation. Let me save you the trouble. You won't find one. I guess my homophobia is limited to men in leather. Since that "daddy" dressed leather did disturb me I'm a homophobe. Wow. Who knew.

*** Now when I hear (or read) a comment on how homosexuals are fine as long as they keep their flamboyance and or sexual nature at bay. ***

Again, the point I tried to make was NOT ALL GAYS are like that "daddy" leading the rally. THAT stereotype is hurtful and is not a true reflection of the gay community. Not the one I know anyway.

You know what. Screw it. And screw the lot of you who think you know so much about everything and everyone. You don't know me and I don't know you. I used to like you guys for what you wrote. I never cared if you were gay, straight, black, white, man, woman, jewish, Irish, liberal or conservative. Didn't matter to me. Up until today. Today you all showed a very very ugly side. A side you all wish would disappear along with all the rednecks, bigots and homophobes of the world. And yet you've become exactly what disgusts you; intolerant.

By the way; is Reg a bigot and a homophobe now too? Afterall, he did come to my defense.

(Thanks Reg. I owe you one.)
