There is no question that there are people who want us all tracked. Florida has 4 places that implement the implantation one of which is just a few miles north of here, Boca Raton (mouth of the rat). The first reason for the implantation in humans here in FL was because there are a lot of the elderly who wander off and get lost so their families felt this was a good answer to keeping track of them. The chips have been implanted in animals for years.
