The only way Bush would even consider using them would be in retaliation of a nuclear attack from another country.

Of course I hope you are right Dale. I certainly don't want to be right in this case. I hope you understand that I just don't trust Bush in this regard and I trust the people who advise him even less. Why would they be so hot to build smaller and tactical nukes if it wasn't to use them? Why do the people from the Bush administration seem to feel when it comes to soldiers less is better? When Bush made that comment during the debate about "not needing mass armies anymore", what do you suppose he meant?

Throw in selling the bunker busters to Israel and they seem to be cooking up a recipe for disaster in the Middle East. Again, I hope I'm wrong but just looking at these decisions and what Bush said, can you see why I'm not so sure about what they are doing?
