Marc - you missed my point entirely. I'm not blaming the feds for the hurricane. I'm blaming the feds for the botched attempt of relief after the fact. Thousands of people in a closed environment without food and water with people dying around them is going to cause the worst in people to surface - and that ain't rocket science either. We have been preparing for the past 4 years for the next attack. That it took the form of a hurricane and not a dirty bomb is irrelevent. The response was pathetic and only goes to show that the massive bureaucracy created post 9-11 was and is nothing more than a large sucking sound. Money well spent I would say.
