Dave Edmunds - Tracks on Wax 4
Springsteen - Nebraska
Frank Zappa, Mothers - Uncle Meat
New Riders of the Purple Sage - Panama Red
Wilco - Being There
Radiohead - Kid A
A3 - Exile on Coldharbour Lane (Yes, I posted the link)

New stuff that may qualify in a few years:

Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot
Lambchop - Nixon
Cousteau
Coldplay - Parachutes (I fully agree with DB's assesment of this band)
