No worries, Mick. And in fact I do lead a remarkable peaceful life,
considering how my blood flows. But the fact of the matter was
that there was going to be a violent reaction to to the WTC attack.
Nothing that you, or I, or Ghandi, or Buddha, or Jesus Christ, or
Mohammed or even Ronald McDonald was going to say could have
changed that. The only question was going to be how focussed a
response it was going to be. I think I had a pretty clear picture of
the types of conversations that were happening in the Pentagon
and the intelligence community at the time, and that it was always
going to be a question of extremist police work versus bombing
and massed military. Or both, as it ultimately turned out. But I've
managed to go the last decade or so with out picking anybody's
teeth out of my knuckles, or vice versa, and I intend to keep up
the trend as long as possible. The only thing that pisses me off about your post is calling
"Pentimento" an "unplugged album." It's called "Pentimento", you
furfooted gremlin!
