I was sort of dating this girl named Collen. She popped in this tape and say's "I love this band!". To be honest I was not at all taken by the David & David at first. We listened to Boomtown incessantly. I found out later why she really liked the band so much. Seems she had an old boyfriend (whom she still had a thing for) and his name was guess what? (David). Later on when Bedtime Stories came out I got in touch with her again and it was something out of "Hello Mary". She ended up having a son and "cant remeber his name", and thing with David went south ("Okay we won't talk about your man"). Anyhow it was beyond surreal the parallels.She persued me afte that but the "David" factor had kind of kiled it for me. Oh well
