I have some friends who are vegan (cows are supposed to make milk imho, but - Philip Dick wrote about a guy who wakes up in the future - planetoftheapeslike - only instead of the Statue of Liberty - it was the shrunken udders of cows that tuned his protagonist into the fact he wasn't in Kansas anymore)...

I've gotta side with Pat - in fact, I just bought some chipotle Tabasco...I think it's too expensive, but it is awesome...with MEAT.

Vegetarian - hot and sour soup...veggie fried rice...not so bad - but they're sides...
