I know that I would have a really hard time eating an animal I had raised but have never had to totally come to terms with that being a "city" person. One type of meat I won't eat no matter what is veal.I suddenly remembered that I never explained what a DER is to you. DER stands for Diagnostic Engineer Representative. Which is the engineer that approves the design and materials used in putting stuff in airplanes. From antennaes to wings and everything in between. John is not an engineer per se but because of his background of actually installing stuff on airplanes and studying all of the rules and regulations can do the drawings and all the initial paperwork which is then approved by the engineer.
