You will find people on either side of this issue on either side of the aisle. It is a difficult matter to resolve any way you look at it this far down the road. I still say the answer is to turn off the magnet rather then to erect walls.
I could go for that but you know what? As soon as that happend you would have a rash  of stories of how we are taking bread of the mouths of these poor Mexican babies. How heartless we are. We turn off the magnet and you will no longer have the issue. Agreed
