good question. and how will they go about the clamping? the internet is an interesting ever-growing creature which isn't overseen or regulated by any one group. its structure is vulnerable to clamping down, but there's plenty of potential for anti-clampers.
any net-savvy opinions out there? i myself can barely surf the web, but i peruse lots of complex systems and network literature, and the advent of the internet has brought with it a lot of network results.
