I quite agree.

Much of Fox's hate-mongering so-called free speech borders on shouting fire in a crowded theater.

Words used to deliberately inflame the passions of religious idiots, who claim they act for Jesus, need to be appraised by the judicial department for the potentiality of an act of terror.

Jonathan Turley argues, rightly so, that we must use the term 'terror' carefully, that these acts of murder are criminal acts and not those of terrorists.

But that doesn't mean we should throw away the terrorist template.

I like the characterization I heard yesterday, that the difference between the anti-abortion zealots and the Taliban is about 8000 miles.
