Funny in some ways that the two times you really stuck your head way up your ass in these gun control threads it was in response to one of the females on the board.

This is pretty much a perfect example of the sort of American "dipshitism" that makes people outside our country think the United States is full of uneducated nitwits that think America is "Number 1" because that is as high as we can fucking count.

Reality check for you here, Marc...Australia is doing just fine. They have not been "neutered" or "enslaved" and their government is not rounding them all up now that they are disarmed and placing them in work camps. North Korea, China, Japan, and New Zealand have not launched plans to invade and take over the country because they think the Aussies have no guns.

You really have some serious issues that are not going to get worked out on this board.

Just to help you out I will tell you that there are many well developed countries around the world where their citizens enjoy a wonderful high quality of life and freedom without ever having been exposed to the Second Amendment, which I will also point out is not found anywhere in the bible. I only say this because you seem so obsessed with this addition to our Bill of Rights it seems you think God came down from the heavens to compose it.

It might surprise you but a lot of people that live in places outside of the United States do not believe that owning a semi-automatic weapon is all that stands between them and the entire collapse of everything they hold dear.

I am starting to think it is likely you would not set foot outside of this country because you could not bring your guns with you if you did.

I assume you would not feel safe in a place like Australia because you could not wander around packing heat and if you paid a visit to Alan or Kathryn they would be unable to protect you from the tyrannical Aussie government or a sudden invasion by Greenland...because you know Greenland has been feeling a bit left out these days and they might decide invading Australia would be a lot more fun than some oil rich desert in the Middle East. I mean Australia has better beaches and beer...Mick's thoughts on it not withstanding.

I'm guessing you also avoid cities like New York, Boston, or Chicago because they are just way too dangerous to visit. Hell, it sounds to me like you live in fear in whatever neighborhood it is you dwell in of the "5 heavily armed rapists/terrorists/thieves that want to steal your Disney figurine collection" that will suddenly burst into your home in the middle of the night to take whatever it is they want and probably have sex with your horse too.

Seriously, do you spend a lot of time peeking out from behind your shades to see who might be sneaking up to get you?

Have you had to kill a lot of intruders in your life? Should we all pine for you to move to our city so you can protect us?

If only you and your AR-15 were here in Boston you could have gunned down those two terrorists the minute they set their backpacks down on the sidewalk and prevented the entire thing...because you would have been ready and armed...and the rest of those fools were just out enjoying a sunny day.

So far all you have done in terms of explaining how important it is for you to own a gun is detail how not having a gun would infringe upon your right to kill gophers.

I mean rapists, muggers, murderers, terrorists, and Disney figurine thieves could strike anywhere...not just at home...so a good gun owner like you would never, ever, be more than arms length from a nice warm gun...right?
