I also use Grado, but not the top :-). I had SR80 for 8 years heavy use, but eventually the stiff cables broke and I currently use Allessandro Music Series 1, which is pretty much the same for half the price.

I agree about U2, I've also had excellent experiences with Melissa Etheridge, Pink Floyd, Imogen Heap, Blackmore's Night, Coldplay (small venue!), Del Amitri, Eels, Sigur Ros, Feist, Fish (Marillion), Heather Nova, Joe Bonamassa, Loreena McKennitt, Melody Gardot, Rickie Lee Jones, Robert Cray, Sarah McLachlan, Ron Sexsmith, Starsailor, Tina Dico, Tori Amos and Bruce Hornsby.
