The Sanity Fallacy

Funny thing is when I read something I wrote or hear myself saying something to someone about the state of things, I've started to doubt that I am sane. The shit I am saying sounds like it just cannot be true and I start to think they should be warming up a nice, padded cell for me.
Then I wake up the next day, pour a cup of coffee, look at the news and think, holy shit this is all true.
Something is off, I don't know if it is me that hit tilt or the world. Kind of bad though when you are not sure whether what you are seeing is some sort of hallucination or just where we are at.
I seem locked in a state of serious doubt every waking moment lately...somehow I don't think that could be considered sane.
